Our Story
ShearWorx, originally named C&S Transportation, was founded in 2017 with a single truck, a dump trailer, and a shear. From these humble beginnings, a leader in the scrap metal industry was born.
Seeing a need in the industry for not only scrap hauling but also scrap processing from a high-quality service provider, ShearWorx grew from a local central Alabama processor to one with a footprint spanning the United States.
